Group has been created for recruiting both one seafarer and whole crew to
ship-owners of International vessels.
Afalina Group offers high
service level and also has good references about its work. The company
renders consultative informative services, assistance in arranging
certificates and passport, raising the level of seafarers’ skill in Training Center.

located in Novorossiysk.

We represent European and Asiatic
ship-owners.
We recruit our seafarers on 27 vessels:
- 15 tankers DWT 7000-84000
- 5 product tankers DWT 19000-40000
- 2 chemical tankers DWT 4000-15000
- 4 bulkers DWT 30000-67000
- 1 gas carrier DWT 7000
In our work we follow the next rules:
- Render seafarers assistance in preparing necessary documents
for working on vessels and for departing abroad.
- Seafarers, worked one or more contracts on the vessels of
foreign ship-owners we cooperate with, have the priority in a job
placement.
- Render assistance in seafarers’ promotion.
